Meeting opened at 2:15 p.m., at the Beach Club, by Lynn Gauche, President

Members Present: Laury Hunt, Dean Mosier, Tony Simpson, Helen Cotta, Gene Carmody, Douglas Henderson, Larry Nobles and Jack McKay

The primary purpose of the meeting was to nominate and elect officers.

Results of elections:

President: Lynn Gauche

Vice President: Tony Simpson

Treasurer: Gene Carmody

Secretary: Jack McKay

Meeting adjourned at 3:15 p.m.
